Premium Baerii caviar: Creamy elegance
The delicate and creamy texture is what all caviar lovers crave, the elegant and distinctive taste of the Baerii is perfect. This also due to its elegant flavor palette combined with some crème fraîche and a blini, which is what people dream about!
Our Premium Baerii caviar comes from the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon, also known as the Siberian sturgeon. This sturgeon must be at least 3 years old should it produce an average weight of between 1 – 3 kg of caviar. At 100 to 150 cm long and weighing up to 25 kg, this is the smallest species of sturgeon that produces our caviar. The Siberian sturgeon also produces the smallest size eggs.
Premium Baerii caviar from Persian Caviar is known for its distinctive dark brown to black color. Most characteristic flavors of this variety are creamy and salty. Commonly used by top restaurateurs and connoisseurs to finish a delicious fish dish.
For your convenience, we have different can sizes available: 10 grams, 30 grams, 50 grams, 125 grams, 250 grams, 500 grams and 1,000 grams. Thus, we can provide you with caviar for any occasion. We take extreme care with packaging your caviar. A wonderful product like caviar deserves the total picture. That you receive a feast at home with every package from Persian Caviar is our commitment.
We always recommend that a 50-gram can serves as one serving.
