Our Premium Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon, also known as the Beluga sturgeon. This sturgeon must be at least 20 years old should it produce an average weight of between 20 and 30 kg of caviar. With a length of 260 to 600 cm and a weight of 50 to 250 kg, this is the largest sturgeon producing our caviar. The Beluga also produces the the largest kind of eggs.
Premium Beluga caviar from Persian Caviar is known for its distinctive gray silver to black color. Most characteristic flavors of this variety are creamy, nutty and slightly spicy. This is the most precious caviar.
