The difference between our Premium caviar varieties and the Premium Royalty Selections lies in the size of the eggs and the color of the caviar. Blck Pearl® by Persian Caviar is known for its distinctive deep dark brown to dark olive green. Most characteristic flavors of this variety are nutty.
