These pasteurized red algae beads are completely free of fish ingredients and composed entirely of plant products. This vegan line is not inferior to real salmon roe in its properties: each pearl bursts open like that of fish roe. The shiny orange pearls have a surprisingly subtle sea flavor, they are salty, fishy, umami, complex and melt gently in the mouth.
