Our caviar is spread all over the world, but above all in the direction of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, Switzerland and Sweden.
Nevertheless, in the current era, caviar has become a luxury delicacy. You can eat caviar from the tin, from the hand or from the cooler. If desired, you can also use toast or blinis (a thin pancake round made from buckwheat flour).
However, before the caviar is consumed, vodka is drunk. When the vodka has neutralised the taste buds, the caviar will combine even better with a nice glass of dry white or sparkling wine.
